Which citation style should I use?
Use the style your teacher or school asks for. APA is common in psychology, education and sciences, MLA in English and humanities, Chicago in history, and Harvard in many UK and Australian universities.
What if a source has no author or date?
Leave the field empty. The generator follows each style rule: it moves the title to the front when there is no author and uses "n.d." (no date) where the style requires it.
Are the citations saved?
No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is sent to our server. Copy the citation before you leave the page.
